Four More Days till Spring arrives….

Are you mentally ready to put in the work it takes to get that sculpted spring body? It all begins on your plate dear lovebugs, what you put into your body is exactly what builds the groundwork for your spring fling results.

I have work to do, beginning with my thought process on healthy spring eating. For the last month or so my focus has been centered on self care, self love and manifesting my woo!!

You know that ahh-ha moment when you attend a big event and folks haven’t seen you in a while, because you’ve been hibernating inside the crib avoiding the winter month’s…that is when you bring your best woo! followed by the infamous cliche “girl you look damn good”.

I’m ready; mind, body and soul all in with small meal portions, healthy salads, mindset change, low impact workouts and a lovely vision of moi in a pink-hott pink two piece swimsuit.
